BGMEA Launches ESG Dashboard to Strengthen Sustainability and Responsible Business Practices in Bangladesh’s RMG Sector

The Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) has launched its ESG Dashboard to strengthen environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices and promote responsible business operations in Bangladesh’s ready-made garment (RMG) sector.

The launching ceremony was held on Monday at the Noorul Quader Auditorium, BGMEA Complex, Uttara, Dhaka, bringing together government representatives, international development partners, researchers and industry leaders.

Dr. Rashed Al Mahmud Titumir, Adviser to the Ministry of Finance and Planning, attended the event as the Chief Guest. H.E. Christian Brix Møller, Ambassador of the Royal Danish Embassy in Dhaka, joined as the Special Guest.
