NITER Welcomes 16th Batch with Festive ‘Fresher’s Reception 2026’

The National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research (NITER) in Savar held the Fresher’s Reception 2026 for its 16th batch on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at the central field of the campus.

Organized by NITER administration, the event had Shafiqul Islam Sarker, Vice President of the Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA), as chief guest. Nur-E-Khaja Alamin, a director of the association, attended as special guest. NITER Director Dr. Md. Ashequl Alam Rana presided over the program.

The day began at 10:00 AM with recitations from the Quran and the Gita, followed by the national anthem. The guests then offered motivational words and career guidance to the newcomers.
